Rechickij metiznyj zavod is an in sustained way working company that renders the services for hot dip galvanizing of metal structures and pipes.
Our production is based on state-of-the art European technology.
The production capacities make it possible for us to apply zinc coating on 12,5m long, 1,5m wide, 2,5m high metal structureswith the mass of up to 7 tons, with the coating thickness of 40—200 microns, and to apply zinc coating in automatic mode on 4—8,2m long pipes with the diameter of 1/2—4’’, providing a coating thickness of 30—50 microns. The production capacity of the galvanizing shop comes to 50—60 tons / day for metal structures and up to 130 tons / day for pipes.
Quality management system for rendering services of hot dip galvanizing of steel pipes and metal structures has been certified for meeting the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015.
