Metallurgical holding Novostal-M is a large group of companies uniting production assets, sales and transportation structures with a focus on the production of long and shaped products. The holding company includes Novostal-M Trading Company, Novostal-Market, Abinsk Electric Steel Works (AESW) and Steel Factory Balakovo (SF Balakovo).

The trading company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of metal products from the holding's production assets in the domestic market of Russia and neighboring countries.

Novostal-Market is a warehouse distributor that ships products from six warehouses located in the Krasnodar, Rostov, Samara, Saratov, Leningrad, and Moscow regions. It also provides metal processing services: laser and gas cutting, 2D rebar bending and band saw cutting.

Abinsk Electric Steel Works is located in the city of Abinsk in southern Russia. AESW is rightfully considered one of the most modern and rapidly developing plants in the industry, specializing in the production of rebar, wire rod, hardware and industrial gases.

Steel Factory Balakovo is a leading manufacturer of rolled and shaped products in the city of Balakovo in the Saratov Region. Construction of a metallurgical cluster is currently underway, including a rail and beam mill, the Ecozinc plant and a lime plant.
