Etalon supplies profiled sheeting for the construction of a carpet factory in Dagestan

To construct the production building of a carpet factory in Kaspiisk, Производственное объединение Etalon (Production Association Etalon), a member of the Steel Construction Development Association, supplied the following products: profiled sheeting H114-750, galvanised, thickness 0.9 mm, in a volume of 19,500 linear metres, and profiled sheeting H75-750, galvanised, thickness 0.9 mm, in a volume of 1,330 linear metres.

Profiled sheeting H114 and H75 belong to the category of load-bearing profiles designed for use under high-load conditions. The corrugation height provides the necessary structural rigidity, which is particularly important for roofing and intermediate floor construction in industrial buildings. A steel thickness of 0.9 mm guarantees resistance to mechanical impact and dimensional stability during installation. The galvanised coating effectively protects the metal against corrosion and extends the service life of structural elements. The use of profiled sheeting H114-750 and H75-750 ensured high load-bearing capacity for the roof and floor structures of the production building.
