The Metal-Expo Directorate took part in the 24th China International Foundry Exhibition Metal China'2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre in Shanghai. The event was organised by Metal-Expo's partner China Foundry Association, which this year celebrates its 40th anniversary.

This year the exhibition was held under the motto "Creating a Green and Intelligent Future". The event brought together leading enterprises of the foundry industry from China and other countries. Participation in Metal China'2026 marked an important milestone in the development of the Directorate's international activities, making it possible to align perspectives with participants of the global metallurgical market, familiarise with current trends in the foundry industry, and establish new partnerships in the run-up to the autumn metals week in St. Petersburg.

Chinese companies traditionally participate in Metall-Expo's exhibition projects: the International Specialised Exhibitions SteelStructures'2026, Metallurgy/Litmash.Russia'2026, and the International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo'2026. The nearest exhibitions will take place on May 26–28, 2026, at Timiryazev Centre in Moscow, where companies from China will present metal products and modern technologies in the field of steel structures and foundry production.
