The specialised exhibition complex covering steel structures, foundry production, and steel service centres attracted more than 6,000 industry professionals from key industrial sectors: metallurgy, metalworking, mechanical engineering, energy, oil and gas, and construction. Novostal-M Holding served as the official visitor registration partner for the exhibitions.
The latest solutions, products, technologies, and equipment were showcased by Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, TMK, Severstal-Metiz, Novostal-M, Modern Foundry Technologies, NPP Group, Intema Group, RusLitTech, Eurotechlit, Litmashpribor, Kazan Steel Profiles, Zinker, Krasnodar Plant of a Metalwork, HANSA TG, ETALON LLC, Politeg-Met, Lipetskprofil, Orientir, Steel Constructions, Ryazan Metallostroykonstruktsiy Plant, VolgaStalProect, Polymet, Maidakovsky Plant, NTC Industrial Technologies, and other leading enterprises.
The exhibitions were held at the modern Timiryazev Centre exhibition complex, which offers excellent facilities for both the exhibition floor and the business programme. The Steel Service Centres'2026 specialised exhibition was a new project launched this year, with further development planned going forward. Wire'2026 was held concurrently alongside the exhibition complex.
For three days, Timiryazev Centre served as the key platform for open dialogue between participants from the steel structures market, the steel trade business, and the foundry industry. The business programme of the exhibitions brought together more than 500 delegates and 90 speakers, who presented at 15 international and scientific-practical conferences, round tables, and sessions. The series of thematic conferences was held with the support of leading industry organisations, including the Melnikov Central Research and Design Institute of Steel Structures, CSRIBS Named after V.A. Kucherenko, the Russian Union of Metal and Steel Suppliers, Metal Supply & Sales, Zinc Development Center, Zinker, the Steel Construction Development Association, and Association Prommetiz.
At the conference on rapid-construction steel building, speakers drew on practical case studies to present analyses of design errors and the causes of steel structure failures, noting that engineering analysis of accidents is an instrument for preventing recurring mistakes and enhancing the reliability of steel construction. At the conference on "Modern Corrosion Protection Technologies Using Zinc Powder", international speakers shared their experience of applying galvanised reinforcement in major infrastructure projects across China. Participants in the meeting of the Committee on Foundry and Forging & Pressing Production discussed Russia's technological sovereignty in foundry and forging & pressing manufacturing. The All-Russian Conference "Steel Structures: Key Trends 2026" brought together players in the steel construction market, who exchanged views on the current state and outlook of the steel structures sector. Participants at the welding conference highlighted the importance of welding process robotisation as a key driver of development for steel structure manufacturers, and shared practical case studies. Producers of coated rolled products addressed market protection issues during a dedicated round table. Laser technologies and the updating of regulatory frameworks for new technologies were central topics at the conference on innovations in steel construction. Effective development strategies for the steel trading business under conditions of market instability were discussed at a meeting of the Marketing Club for metallurgical and steel trading companies and manufacturers of steel structures and products. Experts noted that automation, robotisation, and digital transformation will serve as the answer to contemporary industry challenges.
The specialised exhibition complex comprising SteelStructures'2026, Metallurgy/Litmash.Russia'2026, and SteelServiceCentres'2026 served as a key platform for productive dialogue between manufacturers, designers, end-users, and construction companies on the pressing issues and market conditions in steel construction, the development and support of the foundry industry, as well as for establishing new partnerships and business connections.
